VFEP is a street-based program, which aims to guide the street children in processing their experiences and assisting them in realizing their dreams and aspirations. The program also aims to assist the children in identifying other alternatives or options aside from street life. The program further aims to equip the street children with skills and knowledge, change their perception and attitude, and enhance their life experiences for the improvement of their lives.

They oftentimes go to the streets to loiter or earn a
living but go home after their street activities at the end of
each day.
